My room was neat room with king bed, kitchenette, walk in showers. The stuff were extremely friendly and brilliantly friendly people. The location was secluded, easy on the couches-in the breakfast area.

O'Shaunessey was AMAZING and went out of her way to help me when my laptop died. She offered her own power cord and when it didn't fit, she went above and beyond to find a solution.
Bed was uncomfortable/room decor old.

Good, Good, Good
The complimentary dinner with drinks was such a pleasant surprise, who doesn't love a good meal and free wine after a long day? Plus, the indoor heated pool was perfect for a little splash time, even in the chilly weather. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful too!

Convenient to the highway.
I didn't like the fact that the employees were getting breakfast at peak time when customers were trying to get their own breakfast. Also smokers were outside the door by where the elevators are, and when you walked up to take the elevator the hallway was full of smoke. Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning the showers, too much mold and mildew.

Spent 4 nights in a King Room Non-Smoking. Room had air conditioning, tv, microwave, and a big refrigerator. Indoor swimming pool helped us relax after a long day. Breakfast was on point with eggs, sausage, and pastries. Staff was super friendly and quick to help with requests. There was great coffee available all day.

Everything was fine. I especially liked the fact that they had computers that I could use. (I'm not very good at WiFi). The breakfast was very nice.
We stayed two seperate nites. Both were priced differently and we couldn't get a printout of a bill while we were there. Also the second stay, the pool was "out of order"
